The Life Center is a spirit-filled, radically inclusive church family that is united with purpose, passion, and faith!  We seek like individuals that have a passion for God, a desire to see the lost saved, and a desire to work daily for the Kingdom. 

TLC is NOT a place for people who seek to make a name for themselves, people who like to "show off" their talents for their own praise, enjoy the "social club" atmosphere that some churches offer, look at the church as a weekend activity, or simply do not want to be committed and faithful to the work of God.  We have a vision for our church - and we intend to see it through!

General Requirements for all positions:

1. All TLC staff members must be saved, Spirit-filled (or currently seeking the infilling of the Spirit), and have a passion for the work of the Lord.  Must be faithful to God and the TLC church family in every way.  Faithfulness includes but is not limited to the following: attendance, tithing, giving, training, prayer, and utilization of talents, resources and abilities. 

2. All positions available at TLC require continuing Leadership Training Certification (provided through TLC's Abundant Life Ministry) and obvious skill sets, qualifications for that particular ministry / position.

3.  All leadership positions must agree to, abide by, and actively promote the bylaws of TLC, and most importantly the principles and teachings of the infallible Word of God.
